                  APRIL

  • General clean-up

  • Pick up faded leaves and dead wood, remove winter protection, etc.

  • Prune the shrubs that will bloom during the summer

  • Prune roses and fruit trees (apple, peach, plum)

  • Aerate your land

  • Start mowing the lawn (as soon as the lawn begins to grow)

  • Start the different lawn treatments

  • Weeding flower beds

  • Clean the beds by removing all the weeds

  • Adding compost at the base of perennials

  • Adding mulch to flower beds
